We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager – International Programs in our India office. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources and Chief International Programs Officer, the HR Manager – International Programs, will be responsible for strategic planning, organizing, directing, controlling and analyzing the international HR operations across our Country offices.

Key accountabilities for this role will include the need for strong HR acumen in the areas of: development of the HR strategic plan and change management framework for the next three years; international compensation and talent management; and an understanding of HR implications, living and working in counties considered to be in a fragile context.

In addition to remaining current with all applicable governmental laws and regulations within our countries of operation, this role requires the individual to adhere to and enforce all established organizational policies and procedures. This role requires the individual to maintain positive relationships between management teams across all country offices, the broader HR community and all employees.


Requirements /Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field; post-graduate education in the HR field would be an asset.
  • Minimum 7 years HR management experience in a complex working environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in organizational development.
  • Experience in managing international compensation programs.
  • Understanding and application of behavioural and competency-based models.
  • Ability to understand applicable legislation in multiple contexts and apply solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to model the organization’s values and co-leadership structure.
  • Presentation skills are critical. Proven ability to facilitate and present to an international audience.
  • Skilled in project coordination and implementation with a collaborative approach.
  • Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to provide training sessions on HR related topics.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and customer service focused in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and demands of the job.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Cross cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-faith environment.
  • Satisfactory reference check including immediate line manager.
  • A demonstrated commitment to CCFC’s Vision, Mission and Values.
